Exchange Process:
- Our courier partner, Delhivery, will pick up the product from your location.
- Once we receive the product, it will undergo a review to determine approval or rejection based on its condition.
- You will be notified via email regarding the status of your exchange request.
- If approved, a new product will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Do you accept returns?
- Yes, we accept returns.
Product Condition for Returns:
- The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and unused.
Return Window:
- Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Verification Process:
- An unboxing video is required for all return requests.
- The video must clearly show the product, its packaging, and any defects or issues.
- This ensures a fair assessment and expedites resolution.
Return Method:
Returns can be initiated by filling out the return request form or by contacting our support team via WhatsApp.
Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned product is received and verified.
Refund Mode:
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, the refund will be processed to the bank account or UPI ID provided by the customer.
